    BOOK APPOINTMENT

A reliable in-home health service you can trust.

Re(h)able brings physiotherapy to your home across Knox, Whitehorse and the Dandenong Ranges. Our focus is complex rehabilitation and care for chronic and progressive conditions — but we also provide the everyday physiotherapy that keeps you moving: mobility, balance, falls prevention and recovery after surgery. Each visit takes place where you live, and is built around your own goals and daily routine.

Here’s what to expect when you work with us:

Prompt Contact. Once a referral is placed, we’ll reach out to the patient or referrer within 24 hours. During this initial conversation, we’ll gather more information about the referral and arrange a convenient time for the initial assessment.

Comprehensive Initial Assessment. During the initial assessment, our skilled physiotherapists will evaluate the patient’s condition, discuss goals, and create a personalised treatment plan.

Detailed Recommendations. Following the assessment, a detailed report outlining our findings, recommendations, and treatment plan will be shared with the support coordinator, care manager, or patient for review.

Convenient In-Home Treatments. Treatments will be scheduled at a time that works best for the patient and will be delivered in the comfort of their home to ensure convenience and continuity of care.

At Re(h)able, our mission is to make high-quality physiotherapy accessible and tailored to every individual’s unique needs.

Pathologies we treat

Our background is in complex  rehabilitation, but we provide physiotherapy across the full range of conditions that affect movement, strength and independence. We work with people living with:

Neurological & progressive conditions — Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), acquired and traumatic brain injury (ABI/TBI), stroke, cerebral palsy, spina bifida. Chronic & persistent conditions — chronic and persistent pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis and osteoarthritis, deconditioning from long-term illness

Mobility, balance & falls — falls and falls prevention, balance and walking (gait) difficulties, reduced mobility and confidence at home, strength and conditioning to stay independent. Post-operative & orthopaedic — post-operative care, joint replacement recovery (hip, knee, shoulder), fractures and musculoskeletal injuries, return to function after surgery or injury

If your condition isn't listed here, please get in touch — we're happy to talk through whether home-based physiotherapy is right for you.

We visit clients in their homes across Melbourne's east and the Dandenong Ranges, including:

Knox — Boronia, Ferntree Gully, Upper Ferntree Gully, The Basin, Wantirna, Wantirna South, Bayswater, Knoxfield, Scoresby, Rowville

Whitehorse — Box Hill, Blackburn, Nunawading, Mitcham, Forest Hill, Burwood, Burwood East, Vermont, Vermont South

Yarra Ranges (Dandenong Ranges) — Upwey, Tecoma, Belgrave, Selby, Kallista, Sassafras, Olinda, Mount Dandenong, Kalorama, Ferny Creek, Tremont, Montrose, Kilsyth, Mooroolbark, Monbulk

Every step forward begins with a clear goal. In physiotherapy, we turn aspirations into achievable milestones, one movement at a time.

Progress isn’t always easy, but with the right support, determination, and care, every challenge becomes a stepping stone toward a stronger, healthier you.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists assess, diagnose, and treat individuals to improve their physical function and mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent further injuries. Physiotherapy uses physical techniques to help treat conditions and injuries.

Rebuild, Regain Life

We are committed to the rehabilitation of our patients back to the activities that give their life meaning. Being part of the process, seeing our patients step closer to and achieve their goals is a privilege and honour

Collaboration

We work closely with your medical team to ensure all aspects of your health are considered. This leads to a more comprehensive and effective treatment plan. Our collaboration allows for greater communication, coordination of care and improved health outcomes.

Trusted provider

In Australia, general practitioners refer more patients to physiotherapists than to any other discipline. This high referral rate underscores the vital role physiotherapists play in addressing musculoskeletal conditions and other health issues that benefit from physiotherapy interventions.

We take pride in being a local business supporting and facilitating the health and well-being of our local community.
